About: 

Sales Enablement is a team that focuses on helping commercial teams within Travel Partnerships and Media to have easy & fast access to engaging, beautifully crafted content, communications and training that help them get up-to-speed rapidly with new product roll-outs and new process, tool and program launches. At the moment, we are in search of a Sales Enablement Specialist who will play a key role in the communication and content creation for our commercial teams to help launch a new initiative.  

 

Deliverables and Milestones: 

 

We’re looking for a passionate person to: 

Support with the change management of a high-scale and high-visibility project 

Support with coordination of various implementation steps with stakeholders and key working group members 

Help build high-quality, beautiful internal training content using tools such as Canva, PPT and key Seismic features like Seismic pages, Microapps and Digital Sales Rooms 

Revamp Seismic pages including copy and design, auditing and implementing learnings from top-performing pages across the Seismic tenant.  

 

Skills desired (but not all are essential):  

 

Content creation expertise Project management skills and ability to pivot on tasks when changes happen and work dynamically in a fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams Robust communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present information appropriately to a diverse range of audiences Strategic thinking with experience taking conceptual vision to structured plans to execution Ability to break down problems in a simple way Good understanding of Seismic capabilities
