We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Enablement Trainer to join our team and optimize our sales processes and performance by equipping our sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to excel and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will also serve as a skilled and experienced sales trainer, developing engaging and effective learning experiences that facilitate knowledge acquisition and skills development for both our internal sales teams and our customers.
The Perfect Candidate will be in Tampa, FL or Colfax, NC with possibility of being remote as well.
Responsibilities:
Create compelling course content and engaging learning activities that enhance retention and transfer of knowledge using various methods including presentations, videos, case studies, and hands-on exercises.Facilitate engaging training sessions both in person and virtually, covering sales techniques and product knowledge including doors, door components, door pre-hanging procedures, door installation, and door maintenance.Conduct both internal training for sales staff and customer-facing training on products and services as needed.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using the Kirkpatrick training evaluation model.Organize and coordinate training events, including sales team new hire onboarding and customer workshops.Collaborate with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and design targeted training initiatives.Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and sales collateral and content is up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible to the sales team.Continuously gather feedback from the sales team to refine and improve enablement initiatives.Optimize business processes related to the sales function as needed.Coach and train Sales Managers to reinforce the Sales Playbook and best practices.Requirements:
Proven experience (2 year minimum) as a high performing door or door component sales manager or in a similar role.Extensive knowledge of doors, door components, including door pre-hanging and installing procedures.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, understandable manner.Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practicesStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to analyze data and derive actionable insights.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness and ability to travel extensively within our national footprint (up to 50-60% travel may be required)Preferred Qualifications:
