Overview

Summary

This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that empower C1’s sales teams to achieve peak performance. This position focuses on coaching, and connecting with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

Training Development & Delivery:

Designs and delivers engaging, results-driven training programs for sales teams, including onboarding, ongoing skill development, and advanced selling techniquesIncorporates best practices, sales tools, and methodologies to align with business goals and market trends

Content Creation:

Develops and maintains training materials, playbooks, and resources tailored to the organization’s sales processes, products, and buyer personasCollaborates with marketing, product, and sales leadership to ensure alignment of training content with business priorities

Coaching & Performance Support:

Provides one-on-one coaching to sales representatives, focusing on skill enhancement, pipeline management, and deal executionAct as a mentor to new and experienced team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Enablement Tools & Technologies:

Trains sales teams on selling and enablement platforms, sales engagement tools, and other enablement technologies to drive efficiency and productivity. (Highspot, SharePoint, Brainshark, 6sense, etc.)Identifies and recommend tools to enhance training effectiveness

Measurement & Improvement:

Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and sales performance metricsUpdates and refines training strategies based on results and evolving business needs Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience:3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales related rolesProven track record in sales or a strong understanding of the sales process and methodologiesSkills:Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex conceptsStrong coaching and mentoring abilitiesProficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, 6sense), and LMS systems (Brainshark)Attributes:Adaptable and innovative, with a focus on driving resultsCollaborative team player who can work across functions to achieve goals

 

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN Selling)Experience working in SaaS or technology industriesSales experience is a plusProject Management skills

Pay Range

$75,000 - $100,000

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
