Position: Sales Enablement Training Specialist
Job Description:
Forward Air is looking for a Sales Enablement Training Specialist to join the Sales Enablement team. You will report to the Manager and work with internal business partners to support the following: the gathering and analysis of information to determine learning needs, facilitate and deliver internal learning solutions, and the creation of training materials, including the development and design. In addition, you will be responsible for establishing sales training taxonomy, the training forum, and monitoring usage and adoption.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of technical certification 3-5 years of practical business experience with developing and delivering training solutions Certification in training and/or organizational development, including change management methodologies Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills Effective project management skills- proven ability to successfully drive projects to completion Demonstrated success in developing learning curriculum Strong motivational and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and classroom management skills Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environmentForward Air is an Equal Opportunity employer.
