**What is the job about?** ** **
Grundfos CBS is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer, who will be responsible for supporting relationship building and growing sales in Florida and surrounding region designated by the CBS USA team. This role is expected to apply a combination of sales skills and specialized technical know-how to generate interest in Grundfos’ products and services, and directly generate sales based on an in-depth understanding of the Grundfos offering to the Commercial Buildings market. This role will provide high level sales assistance to Grundfos Representatives / Partners / Distributors, Regional Manager, Consulting Engineers, Contractors, End Users in collaboration with Grundfos Sales Operations team. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales CBS US & Canada and is expected to operate on a hybrid schedule predominantly from the Grundfos Brookshire, TX office, with occasional Face-to-Face activities.

**Your main responsibilities** :
+ Develop a deep understanding of pumps and pumping systems, applications and solutions relevant to the HVAC and Plumbing markets in Commercial Buildings in the US.
+ Act as a technical resource for distributors, partners, consulting engineers, contractors and end users, providing guidance and support in product selection, application engineering, technical and application troubleshooting and sales messaging in the market.
+ Conduct product presentations, technical training sessions to effectively communicate Grundfos product value proposition to advance sales through Grundfos partner network.
+ Continuously learn and develop better understanding of HVAC, Plumbing and control systems in commercial building applications, including new innovations, to be able to recommend the best solutions to customers.
+ Register and support management of opportunities, quotations and revenue pipeline in global CRM tool according to company guidelines.
+ Build and maintain mutually beneficial and long-lasting customer relationships as well as significant internal relationships with Regional Managers, Sales Operations and Production teams.
+ Manage new and existing customer accounts to grow market share and increase share of wallet with existing customers.
+ Work with internal stakeholders to provide distributors, partners and end users with the best experience in dealing with Grundfos.
+ Support the use of order management tools by partners, use SAP BW to support Regional Manager with sales and business analytics
**Your background**
We imagine that you have:
+ Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Technical field (Master's advantageous).
+ 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering in HVAC or Plumbing space.
+ Experience with Pumps, Pump Systems, Motors & Drives in pumping applications a positive.
+ Ability to travel 20-30%.
+ Comprehensive technical aptitude, ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions and concepts.
+ Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering preferably in the engineered solutions or industrial products industry.
+ Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Comprehensive training and presentation skills, with experience in conducting training sessions for sales teams.
+ High understanding of sales strategies, channel management and partner relationships, with ability to build & maintain positive relationships with industry stakeholders
+ Effective interpersonal skills to manage various internal, external stakeholder relationships
