**What is the job about?**
Regain competitive position in Southwest region, build strong dealer network to deliver both short term monthly sales target and long-term market share gain.
**Your main responsibilities:**
+ Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
+ Territory Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive territory plan to establish and strengthen the dealer network.
+ Dealer Network Development: Build and maintain relationships with licensed dealers and sub-dealers to enhance distribution channels.
+ Sales Opportunities Exploration: Identify and pursue sales opportunities in retail, distribution, and project sales.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including order processing, credit, logistics, service, and marketing to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
+ Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and customer needs, adapting strategies accordingly.
+ Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management
**Your background:**
**We imagine that you have:**
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a durable goods industry, preferably in pumps or related products such as HVAC, water purification.
+ Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, order-to-cash processes, and financial management.
+ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
+ Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to inform decision-making.
+ Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
