Our commitment to making a positive impact drives everything we do, from our cutting-edge products to our dynamic workplace environment. **Job Purpose:** The primary responsibility for the role is to drive sales and grow a strong relationship within area of responsibility in South and South-East Finland. This is a hybrid role that combines both commercial acumen and technical expertise. Responsible for driving a strong pipeline and ensure optimum hit rate within the area of responsibility. A key part of the role is to proactively stay informed about market trends and technological developments, enabling the delivery of value-driven solutions that support both business growth and customer success. In this position you will report to the Sales Manager IND. for Finland and Baltics. **Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:** • Independently develop and grow sales within own area of responsibility. • Develop market knowledge to successfully drive commercial activities. • Develop knowledge in the market on Grundfos solutions – explaining the benefit for the different customer groups within the customers organization. • Identify different stakeholders (decision makers) and utilize the right approach to drive sales. • Ensure quality opportunity pipeline and strong hit rate. • Introduce new product and solutions to the customers. • Monitor and report on pipeline, order intake, sales, profitability and drive debt collections within own area. • Ensure knowledge sharing with the team and take responsibility for own competence development. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we are perceived as highly customer Centric and collaborative ensuring one Company Culture. • Other ad-hoc tasks or project as and when required. **Required Minimum Qualifications:** • Min. a Bachelor in business and/or engineering combined with at least 5 years of relevant experience from a large international company working in a similar role • English proficiency and native Finnish (language) • Frequent travel within the role must be expected •Experience in water treatment and dosing equipment is a plus **In addition, your day-to-day benefits include:** • Up to 3 days’ additional paid leave for volunteering of your choice . • Annual bonuses, health insurance, parental support, internal well-being consultants and programmes. • Access to the modern Grundfos Academy to pursue further both personal and professional development. • Diverse, inclusive environment with employee-led forums offering colleagues a safe place to connect and share openly If you are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role in ensuring top-quality production standards, we encourage you to apply for this position!
