**Sales Engineer, Principal**
We are looking for a Sales Engineer, Principal to join our team!
As the sole Sales Engineer for our Newmarket site, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives for an established and growing customer base for the Curtiss-Wright Nuclear Canada product line. You will provide technical sales support to assure successful customer integration and implementation of established company products. You will support Business Unit sales plans through pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting activities. This position requires extensive knowledge of the company’s most complex products.

**Your Challenge:**
+ Prepare and present customer network systems/equipment needs plan to company teams to assure complete plan is feasible within cost, time and environment constraints.
+ Typical pre-sales activities include gaining understanding of customer’s business and analysis of customer’s communication network needs, preparation and presentation of technical proposals of how company’s products can meet those needs and be integrated and implemented with customer’s systems and equipment.
+ Typical post-sale activities include keeping customer current on how company’s product enhancements can meet customer’s changing business and network system needs.
+ Typically provide guidance to less experienced Sales Engineers.
+ Prepare and review proposals for large opportunities with stakeholders.
+ Review and approve proposals with team as needed.
+ Organize and attend Industry supplier events.
**What You Bring:**
+ Bachelors of Science in related field.
+ 5 - 7+ years of technical sales experience required.
+ Nuclear experience highly desired.
+ Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
+ Willing to travel up to 50% to our facilities and international and domestic customer engagement.
+ Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.
+ Problem solving and analytical skills.
+ Detail oriented.
