About the Role: We are seeking an energetic and skilled Sales Engineer with experience selling to military and government agencies. This role is critical in driving our sales growth and establishing a stronger presence in this sector. With your background in RF engineering and technical sales, you will: + Leverage your expertise to engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions. + Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and R&D, to align our offerings with market demands. + Actively pursue new leads while strengthening relationships with existing clients. + Contribute to innovation by recommending new products and enhancements based on customer feedback and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: + Client Engagement: + Identify and pursue new clients who could benefit from our RF solutions. + Travel to meet potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present our solutions. + Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with government agencies, contractors, and other key stakeholders. + Technical Sales: + Manage and interpret customer requirements to provide tailored solutions. + Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations. + Offer after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. + Account Management & Collaboration: + Administer client accounts, ensuring efficient communication and timely delivery of solutions. + Work closely with technical support, engineering, and R&D teams to align customer needs with our product capabilities. + Marketing & Business Development: + Support marketing initiatives by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events. + Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field (preferred). + Proven experience in technical sales, particularly with government agencies and military clients. + Strong understanding of RF technologies and their applications in defense and government sectors. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. + Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. + Must be a US Citizen. + Must have a US passport. + Must have held a security clearance within the past 5 years ( not required to be active) Veterans preferred
