PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position is accountable for the following end results:

1.    Work safely everyday and safeguard Air Products property within established procedures
2.    Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profit targets 
3.    Execute on new account initiation according to the set targets
4.    Maintain daily call ratio at or above 5 per day
5.    Update and stay active in CRM tool on daily basis
6.    Keep a good team work spirit
 

QUALIFICATIONS

1.    Entry level position with minimum 2 years sales experience of dealing with end user at industry or electronic market
2.    4 year degree from accredited university preferred, 2 year associates degree or tech school graduate acceptable
3.    Experience at welding, analyzer, laser cutting market, or sales experience in industrial gas industry, is preferred
4.    Competent computer skills in Microsoft office and emails
5.    Ability to make 5-8 sales calls per day in a fast paced environment
6.    Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills
7.    Driving skill is mandatory
