Responsibilities:Build customer allegiance in assigned area to serve customer and promote customer satisfactionCoach/manage dealers and support dealer sales to win important projects.Collect marketing information from frontline and feedback to managers or marketing teamDefine and implement strategic sales initiatives consistent with business goals and profitability objectivesProspect for new business and leads generation continually to build a pipeline to support future business growthUse tools like Salesforce.com to forecast and effectively manage projectsCollaborate on sales and marketing efforts with internal and external partners to drive business expansionMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above major in Life Sciences, a Master’s degree is preferredHas proven record of good sales performance in life scienceStrong abilities on business development and key account managementApply various tools to identify and follow new sales opportunitiesBe motivated to manage assigned market to serve customers professionally
