Contributes to the achievement of annual revenue and profit targets by implementation the branding and promotional strategies. Builds and maintains customer relationships in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
Contacts larger assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell in a defined category of company products, services and solutions within a designated geography or industry. Consults customers with a high level of consultancy needs, queries and complaints; record and manage direct customer feedback. Focuses on meeting personal sales targets, new business development, and troubleshooting specific customer problems.
