Sales Engineer

 The Role

Making a regular visit plan at the beginning of the week and realizing the sales activitiesEstablishing swot analysis for the region where he/she is responsible, collecting and monitoring information related to the region from the customers and competitors, and informing the product specialist/manager accordinglyFollow-up and be accountable for cash collection for related orders and work in coordination with Finance for regular cash collectionPreparing visits and activity reports with time information, lost orders and sales reports in which sales performance is evaluated according to budgetTo ensure that after-sales services are provided to customers at an excellent level. Be aware of customers' products at service, follow up process and raise flag to his/her manager if necessaryFind new potential customers and improve relationshipCalculating sales price according to the customer needs, preparing the quotation by gettingGood level of knowledge on business and customer (visiting all customers within the region and having contact info in all departments i.e. production, quality and maintenance) Be accountable for selecting right scope of supply for particular customer request. In case of incorrect selection, lead change management process by aligning with related internal stakeholders. Drive Customer Communication.

What we expect of you? 

University degree in Mechanical engineering, Electric & Electronic engineering, Industrial engineeringMinimum 3 years of premium industrial equipment sales experiencePC skills (Ms Office)Good command of Turkish and English both in speaking & writingB Driving LicenceNo military obligation for male candidatesSupport and act together with cross functions in customer communicationTake necessary actions with other parties and respond to customer with a sense of urgency when recevied a request from customer directly.Respond customer request within 24 hours and making sure customer have a feeling that great care and focus is given.Sharing information and raising red flags to be proactive
