PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Achieve the sales targets by signing new business.Find out ample potential customers through the gas application, marketing sales leads and internal resources. Qualify and win the new business opportunities of hot prospects to increase the market share and business volume of PG products.Meet the sale productivity target by visiting prospects in daily work.By using the Consultative Selling Skills proficiently, identify the explicit and implicit demand of potential customers, and combining the advantages of the company's products to convince them to use the company's products and services. A confident consultative sale should have sufficient analytical ability, summarizing ability, presentation ability, persuasion ability and affinity, and be able to work under the result-oriented performance pressure for a long time.Keep good co-operation with inside sales to maintain the stability and growth of existing business. Improve the satisfaction of existing customers and achieve the target of sales budget together.Good co-operation with supply chain team and other functional teams to handle the daily customer service tasks,such as the goods delivery of customer orders, the customer’s complaints of product quality and service in time.Work with marketing team to do the market survey of PG products and support the industry exhibitions in CD. Proactively follow up the sales leads and collect the competitors’ information in daily work, which should be reported to the company regularly.Ensure the timely collection of accounts receivable and cylinder assets to avoid any bad debts and loss of assets.Complete all the internal trainings on time, such as the training tasks of the LearnEx system.Practice the integrity and safety guidelines as the top working values in daily work.Fulfill other work and projects, which assigned by the supervisor or manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.    Education
A.    Bachelor's degree in chemistry and chemical engineering, materials science, and biological, pharmaceutical and environmental engineering or other chemical related disciplines.

2.    Work Experience
A.    Two years or above work experience in sales of industrial products.
B.    Business to business (To B) sales experience is preferred.

3.    Skills
A.    Good sales skills including communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.    
B.    Deep understanding of various key and difficulty points in the entire customer decision journey.
C.    Solid team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external team.
D.    Adequate skills of office software, especially with Word, Excel, and Power point.
E.    CET-4 or above in English skill.
F.    C1 driver’s license is a must.

4.    Qualities
