YOUR ROLE Based in Shanghai or Guangzhou, responsible for customer development and stakeholders relationship building and maintaining including construction designers, contractors and project owners etc.
Also Conducting adhesives activities for driving business growth among KA and distributor by mainly developing building components, façade, prefab and roofing industry customers across China.
Working with and supporting OEMs for right product application and sales leads management.
Support BD and PD functions for product modification and innovation. Responsibilities

Responsible for sales of Henkel FBC adhesives products to construction industry companies in China market.
Identifying new business opportunities and customer needs by developing new KAs and support/manage distributors business growth.
Maintaining existing client relationships, developing activity plans and sales strategies for assigned accounts.
Work with industrial value-chain stakeholders, OEMs and internal BD, AE and PD functions for product development and sales leads tracking and developing.
Partner with cross functions within Henkel for AR, marketing, product launching and customer services management. What the Role Can Offer You

Good interpersonal and good rapport building skills with customer.

MS Office skills including Excel, Word and PPT.
