Purpose of Role: Labores de venta de los equipos, maquinarias y servicios que vende la empresa determinando las ventajas de los productos. Servir al cliente identificando sus necesidades, además de ser capaz de identificar todos los aspectos técnicos de las cuentas asignadas para asegurarse de la completa satisfacción del cliente a través de todo el proceso de venta. Tener la capacidad de establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas a través de todo el ciclo de venta. Proveer asistencia técnica y soporte pre y post venta de todos los productos.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Nivel de educación superior o equivalente, preferentemente en una disciplina relacionada con la Ingeniería (Ingeniero Mecánico, Industrial, Químico, Metalúrgico o afín).
Amplia experiencia en ventas directas en el mercado mexicano de minería e industria en general.
Habilidades lingüísticas:
Habilidad para leer, escribir, escuchar y hablar inglés (Nivel Intermedio).
Matemático:
Capacidad para resolver y comprender problemas matemáticos y analíticos.
Capacidad de razonamiento:
Capacidad para leer y comprender dibujos de ingeniería.
Capacidad para definir problemas, recopilar e interpretar datos, establecer hechos y sacar conclusiones válidas.
Habilidades computacionales:
Buen conocimiento práctico de los productos de Microsoft.
Competente en SalesForce o plataforma CRM equivalente.
Demandas físicas:
Capacidad para trabajar en altura y en espacios reducidos.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión
Las horas pueden variar y requerirán trabajo nocturno y de fin de semana según las necesidades del negocio y requerirán trabajar horas extras.
