Key Accountabilities:
Report to the Head of Sales Kinetic PowerPack APAC
Responsible for the co-ordination, supervision and execution of projects for the implementation of our DRUPS systems in Singapore and Asia Pacific to the correct regulatory requirements and installation standards.
Liaise with customers, consultants, clerks-of-work and statutory authorities on matters concerning the progress of work, acceptance and approvals to meet the projects milestones. You will work together with the partner as well as company’s overseas project managers.
Eye for details for the scope of supply, time and quality. You must have strong communicative skills and persuasive technique. Conflict handling and strong problem solving skills
Understanding of international trading like the Incoterms as well need to be able to work within the project contractual obligations
Find solutions for conflicts and must have a highly result driven attitude. You need to be an independent thinker, decision maker and require little supervision.
Multitasking on several projects at the same time and coping with deadline pressure
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
Must have at least 5 years of experience in relevant field of Diesel Engines and Power Generation.
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Lead the planning and implementation of projects. Define the project scope, goals deliverables and contractual obligations
Manage project budgets and be a good negotiator.
Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management
Critical thinking and problem solving skills with attention to details.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage work to a high professional standard.
Self-motivated who is able to work with limited supervision.
Sound knowledge of MS Office
