PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Manage 40-50 accounts including support inside sales managed accounts as one team and as one target. 

Customer retention and new signings.  Conduct sales calls, achieve various sales targets set by company, major focus on new business growth.  

Try every means including industrial park cold call, direct market channel, customer referral and referral from sales of other product lines and MFOs to build up a sufficient hot prospect pipeline which is critical to hitting new signing targets. 

Work with inside sales together with cross functional teams like customer engineering, GBSS team to help customer resolve issues and provide value added service to customers to improve customer loyalty and enhance AP’s brand recognition in the market. 

Work with CT team to develop new business with new technology and new application to grow profitably in the region. 

Execute PIP and ME to pass through the cost inflation so as to improve margin, like opening 24 hours delivery window, using flow meter… 

Monitor account profitability through CTS model and find solution to optimize the supply to ensure the return of each account. 

Maser basic technical design of customer requirement to speed up new signing process.  

Master basic AP GAD application advantages to support wining new projects 

With support from Inside Sales of daily account management to build good customer relationship and get new signing from customer expansion projects 

Monitor and manage DSO and improve collection of accounts managed. 

Get leads and referrals from existing accounts to help grow business for both LB and other product lines and MFOs. 

Support administration work of strategic accounts in the area. 

Input accurate related prospect, hot prospect, lost report, segment info into CRM in time to help company to analyze market trend. 

Collect competitor’s intelligence. 

Work as mentor to new sales as buddies. 

Provide weekly report to sales manager on volume/price, productivity achievement of existing accounts and segment highlights feed backed by customers and market competition.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

 

Education  

College Degree (Business or Technical discipline preferred) 

           

Work Experience  

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service function in multinational companies 

Experience in industrial gases or chemicals would be a strong plus. 

 

Skills 

Sales, commercial and negotiation skills 

Good coordination and interpersonal skills 

Excellent problem-solving ability 

Strong communication skills

Strong commitment to the job and desire to win. 

Good team player and can work both independently and as a team member always with constructive suggestions.
