Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Selling products to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned divisionsEstablishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product offering, and align to provide a solutionPreparing sales plans using company tools. Performing regular status reviewing and proposing recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfallsCreating added value for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniquesEnsuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customersIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaborationManaging administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting collection and project management activities when neededEnsuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree from electrical engineering or similar is preferred2-3 years of experience in sales and marketingSuccessful previous experience as a sales engineer, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsStrong business sense and industry expertise, time-management and organizational skills Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to closeWell-developed negotiation and sales skills and ability to coordinate several tasks at the same timeDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels including to customer, partner and internal level in the organization
