As our Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the technical aspects of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for researching, preparing, and presenting technical product training designs to equip our partners and customers with the essential skills to successfully implement Axis video surveillance solutions.
What you’ll do here as a Sales Engineer
Provide internal and external assistance during the sales process, delivering solution demonstrations to customers.Inform and update distributors and resellers on technical presales issues.Collaborate with integrators and software development partners during the project sales process.Develop written pre-sales materials of a technical nature.Identify new business opportunities through communication with partners.Support the maintenance of the Axis Experience Centre.Perform any other duties as assigned.We'd love to hear that you have/are:
Proven experience in pre-sales within the IT channel, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Exposure to networking, IP-based technologies, and applications, with sound knowledge of network infrastructure (TCP/IP), VMS software, and hardware technology.Industrial certifications from CISCO, Nortel Networks, or Microsoft, with technical experience in the CCTV business, are preferred.Excellent organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English and Cantonese.High level of self-initiative, self-motivation, and a sales-oriented mindset.Willingness to travel within the region.Type of EmploymentPermanent EmploymentPosting End Date2025-04-29Certain roles at Axis require background checks, which means applicable verifications will be done in these recruitments.
