Sales Engineer
**_Scope and Impact of Position Responsibilities_** The Sales Engineer develops and maintains good customer relationships and actively sells products and services within the assigned territory. Maintaining these good customer relationships is the key to the success of products sales in the marketplace. **Key Responsibilities** + Achieves sales and revenue targets through identifying opportunities early in the sales to maximize the sales revenue for the Company. + Performs all sales activity within an assigned geographic territory to meet company objectives. + Annually submits and implements a detailed sales action plan identifying: On-line Process and Lab instrument sales objectives, sales opportunities for customers, and regional shows to be attended during the following fiscal year by SFDC + Participates in sales activities including key customer site visits, develop the On-line Process and Lab instrument business, increase our On-line Process and Lab instrument market share, trade seminars/shows, workshops, product demonstrations. + Submits annually, monthly and weekly sales forecast to Key Account Manager + Maintains customer activity files in SFDC. + Works closely with the Key Account Manager, Application Engineer and Marketing team, to drive the business through the existing strategy. + Collects and reports information on all competitive activity within the assigned territory. + Other duties as assigned. **Desired Background and Skill Requirements** + Prefers Bachelor of Engineering/Science in Chemical, Chemistry, Biology, Environment Sciences or equivalent. Alternate Science Degrees will be also considered. + Good in English communication both speaking and writing + Sales experience (at least 5 years) in similar products and services on industrial segments, Petro/O&G/Global Key Account/ Key Account of Sales Achievement is preferred. + Individual equipped with a more technically inclined sales approach will be an added advantage. + Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other IT software to facilitate sales related administrative work, in areas of quotations & project bid proposals preparations. + Must have a valid driver’s license and possess own vehicle At Veralto, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve.
