**What you’ll do:**
**Job Summary**
Primary responsibility is to manage and ensure sales objectives for Eaton in Wiring Devices Product Line through CAC region, it includes follow up to channels performance to warranty growing from Eaton in this market place and coordinate with Marketing organization to leverage resources and programs designed for this Product Line.
**Job Responsibilities**
A. Develop, implement and lead, sales plan to achieve the planned goals for Wiring Devices in CAC region. Implement customers plan visit defined by management (presential) to ensure increase business relationship with customers, new opportunities identification and alert of competitors actions.
B. Weekly review with all involved areas of the organization orders plan progress for month and quarter, as well as projects pipeline opportunities identified and register in Eaton’s CRM.
C. Be aware of and responsive to market conditions and competitive activities, and communicate such information to management.
D. Maintain a teaming, cooperative and credible working relationship with other company personnel to assure customer satisfaction.
E. Manage expense allowances and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
F. Prepare and present bids and quotations to customers using company price and delivery guidelines, and use sound business judgment to enhance margins.
G. Support total quality effort by providing timely and accurate information for order entry
H. Elevate quality issues to attention of management
I. Ensure that accurate information flows to and from customers
J. Implement new product programs as needed, collect analyze and utilize market intelligence data on competitive products, customer needs, preferences and buying habits.
K. Provide necessary reports and surveys requested by management in a timely manner.
L. To comply with the responsibilities of the position in relation with MESH and EQS Management Systems
M. Implement marketing programs/initiatives developed to grow in Wiring Devices through CAC region.
N. Develop and support necessary channel network to grow in focus markets.
O. Lead and implement demand generation plan with end users and channels to increase customers knowledge about Eaton’s solutions.
P.Coordinate with regions management and marketing personnel all channel and end users initiatives focus on Wiring Devices to be implemented and ensure established goals.
**Qualifications:**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
+ Solid experience in sales, customer relations, and working in collaborative teams.
+ At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the construction sector.
+ Comfortable using Word, Excel (including pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Access.
+ Intermediate _English_ skills (B1 level or higher) with a willingness to continue developing language proficiency. _(Even if you don’t currently meet the B1 level, your eagerness, and commitment to improving your English skills can still be considered positively)._
**Desirable:**
+ Background in industry with a good understanding of market dynamics and customer profiles.
+ Experience using AutoCAD is a plus.
+ Previous experience in the Wiring Devices segment, serving different market channels and understanding customer behavior in this area.

The successful candidate must possess a good understanding of selling techniques and Eaton's capabilities, market channels, and technical applications of products. Work environment requires this person to be motivated and a self-starter. Competitive Knowledge (Has in-depth market knowledge). Must be familiar with products and their applications. Must be able to make technical proposal presentations to customers and consulting engineers.
