In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Perform outside sales activities in domestic Southwest region. Manage and develop customer accounts in domestic Southwest region. Be responsible for the implementation and supporting for the quotation with technical documentation. Understand customer’s pain and expectation and able to convey customer’s requirements to the team. Cultivate, build, and maintain relationships with customers. Take care of local business partners. Generate bookings for the responsible products or accounts to meet the assigned bookings target. Co-work and communicate effectively with internal proposal team, operation team, Marketing team, and relevant stakeholders for better project execution and developing market strategy. Provide the company with information on the market and competitions and generate project lists and forecast. Alert the company on threats and opportunities. Coordinate with the managers on developing market strategy and account plan. Provide timely sales data, reports, and analysis if any required.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related major and instrument control, electric, mechatronics or chemical related is preferred. Over 3~5 years of sales experiences in Plant Automation, measurement instruments or relevant fields Preferred knowledge & understanding of instrument portfolio and business opportunities. Understanding of DCS or PLC preferred but not mandatory. Good command of written & spoken English. Nimble learning and collaboration are essential. Team player willing to travel and perform any duties to provide exceptional services to exceed customer expectations. Microsoft office skills is essential for the daily work. Outgoing, sociable, and independent.
