We’re expanding and have a brand new Sales Engineer role on offer. Get hands-on training and learn from experts as you become the go-to specialist on Trimble’s industry-leading Jobpac ERP software.

What You Will Do

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll be the key technical resource for our direct sales teams. You’ll work closely with sales and customers, delivering insights and technical expertise that help customers see the value we offer. This is your chance to make a real difference in the Australian and New Zealand construction markets. Your responsibilities include:

Leading technical pre sales presentations and being the main technical contact for clients during this phase.

Showing customers how Jobpac Connect delivers business value and solves their pain points.

Partnering with the Sales team to qualify opportunities based on customer needs.

Creating and delivering compelling product presentations, demos, and proof of concepts.

Sharing innovative ideas to streamline and automate processes within the team.

Travelling up to 50% with our sales team to customer locations, where you'll lead product demonstrations and showcase our solutions.

 

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

You should have one or a combination of the following:

Strong working knowledge of Jobpac Connect ERP or

Experience as a Sales Engineer working with SaaS solutions in the construction industry.

Commercial awareness and business acumen that allows you to understand our business model and the opportunities for growth in the Australian and New Zealand construction markets.

A driven, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to succeed and thrive within our high-performing team.

Strong communication skills to explain clearly and listen to feedback from customers and industry influencers such as the government agencies.
