Area : North/Center East Italy
Location : Opera (MI) (or remote based)
Business Unit : Industrial Gases
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Area of competence: North/Center East Italy (Triveneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche,Prov. Mantova)Customers profiles: End Users, OEM , Distributors, EPC,MRO,Installers, Engineering.Industries: ALL excluding F&B and PharmaOrganize, plan, manage and grow the sales of Industrial Gasses Division products :Compressed Air purificationTechnical gasses filtrationMethane, Biogas, Biomethane, Hydrogen, Nitrogen filtration and purificationIndustrial liquid filtration (water , chemicals, additives,..) Optimize sales and profit consistent with Company policy and long-term objectives.Solve customer needs with technical driven solutionsHandle technical enquiries for the entire products portfolio and services.Utilize current Donaldson network to open new business opportunitiesCRM management for assigned accountsYOUR PROFILE
Passion for salesTechnical Degree in Mechanics or Electro-Mechanics or equivalent through experienceCooperative , willingness to interact and work with others, team playerMinimum 2-5 years of sales experience in industrial salesMarkets knowledgeFamiliar with organizing visits to customers (most of the time dedicated to meet customers)Flexibility to travel to ensure local presence and follow-up.Knowledge of Compressed Air and gas purification is an asset.Commercial and sales driven. Ability to “open doors” and generate new business/opportunitiesSelf-starter, able to drive and develop opportunities, team player but also able to work independentlyStrong communication skills in Italian and English.
