Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Engineer - OGC Upstream to join our team in Lahore, Islamabad, & Karachi. This role is responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships within the upstream oil and gas industry, focusing on the sale to ensure excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field is required. Industry Experience: At least 8 years of experience in sales and distribution within the upstream oil and gas sector, with a focus on oilfield service companies. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of upstream chemicals, including production chemicals (e.g., demulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors) and drilling chemicals. Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions related to oilfield operations and chemical applications. Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts within the oil and gas industry. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to present complex information to clients. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and offer tailored chemical solutions to meet customer needs. Negotiation Skills: Experience in contract negotiations and closing high-value sales deals. Customer-Focused: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment with the ability to adapt to market changes and client needs.
