Sales Engineer – Plastics Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Reports to: Head of Industrial Sales
Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer - Plastics to join their team. This role is responsible for researching and developing sales and marketing opportunities while implementing new sales strategies for industrial sector projects.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability. Create and implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with business goals. Identify new sales and business opportunities through market research and analysis. Manage all aspects of product portfolio, including pricing, volume, and margin. Evaluate sales and marketing methods, including distribution channels. Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to field sales teams. Oversee sales and marketing budgets and ensure financial targets are met. Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, supply chain, and product development. Support the development of sales and product communication materials to maintain a consistent corporate image. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Engineering. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial pipe sales. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet financial goals.
