• Conduct regular project tracking meetings with contractors and distributors to share early project, package, and participant information. This aims to gain support, resulting in an improved project conversion rate and market share growth. • Record and manage all project, company, contact, diary, and price offer activities within CRM (Web and iPad) on a daily basis to ensure regular and effective communication across all relevant functions. • Contribute personally to the company's NPD (New Product Development) program through the identification of ideas, market research and development, specification, and sales activities with the allocated customer base and projects. • Introduce and present new products to existing and new customers. • Visit architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors to get the company’s products specified. • Ensure the delivery of goods to customers and the collection of payments from clients as per terms1.
