We offer: + Flexible working hours + Professional onboarding and training options + Powerful team looking forward to working with you + Career coaching and development opportunities + Health benefits Reporting to the Zonal Sames Manager (South), the **_Sales Engineer (South)_** is responsible for _direct sales revenue in the assigned territory and ensure profitable growth._ This position is part of the Sales Department and will be located in Hyderabad and will be on hybrid work model. **In this role, a typical day will look like:** + _Accountability towards monthly targets on orders / shipments & quarterly targets on opportunity pipeline._ + _Drive sales growth with customers across industry verticals and increase market share in Assigned Territory_ + _Manage customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction through product sales and services_ + _Drive value selling and value communication actions at key accounts_ + _Drive price increase across products and customers to improve margins_ + _Develops, implements & sustains comprehensive account plans to achieve annual booking and sales targets_ + _Meet weekly customer visit and opportunity creation targets_ + _Be a single point contact for coordination related to customers._ + _Prepares and maintains all sales documentation (Sales Funnel, Client Profile, etc.) and ensure updates of sales parameters on the CRM system_ + _Understand customer requirement and offer correct product/technology solution._ + _Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial offer._ + _Regular follow up with customers to conclude the order_ + _Coordination/Teamwork with supply chain & Service teams to ensure fulfillment of order to customer satisfaction._ + _On time payment collection from customers_ + _Monitor and analyze competition activities in the sales territory_ **The essential requirements of the job include:** + _Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate working in the field of Liquid Analyzers_ + _Minimum 5 - 7 years of sales & business development experience in industrial product selling_ + _Prior experience of working with Indian and Global organizations_ + _Prior experience of working with customers from Power, Oil & Gas , Chemical , Food & Beverages , pharma & EPC companies could be an added advantage_ + _Industrial B2B selling experience of 5 years is required_ + _Excellent presentation skills and competence in MS office._ + _Adaptability to company’s sales processes and CRM standard work preferably hands on in SF_ + _Willingness to relocate across India basis job / company priorities_ **_Soft Skills: -_** + _Ability to quickly grasp & easily_ + _adapt new ideas, concepts, methods_ + _Proactive and action oriented_ + _Strong analytical skills_ + _Excellent written and verbal communication skills_ + _Has a good EQ and strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long term relationship._ + _Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations and business teams_ + _Is open minded_ + _High on integrity_ **WATER QUALITY PLATFORM** Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications.
