Job Title: Sales EstimatorJob Description Prepare accurate construction estimates using software like Dash and Xactimate, along with other tools, to create precise cost estimates for construction projects. Analyze project specifications and drawings to define the scope of work and identify necessary materials. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to develop thorough project bids. Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure competitive pricing. Monitor and track project costs during the construction process. Visit construction sites to assess progress and address any cost-related issues. Hard Skills + Sales experience from a construction company (restoration/remediation is ideal) Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Amityville, New York. Work Environment Office/traveling role, will be going to job sites across Suffolk, Nassau, Bronx, Queens, and Westchester. 50/50 commercial and residential.
