POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Sr. FP&A Manager EMEA & LATAM you will be the main contact for Salesforce within the EMEA & LATAM organization and produce information tools and dashboards for the organization within Salesforce. You will assist the FP&A team as well with specific reporting or financial analysis.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
To produce and maintain all monthly Salesforce (SFDC) reports per category and market for the EMEA & LATAM organization, point of contact for merging information from SFDC to Qliksense & Power BI, as well as in Excel databases with pivot tables.
This requires maintenance of multiple off-line cross-reference tables.
Related to this accountability is the maintenance of customer and product hierarchies
To provide in depth analysis on commentary on sales excellence performance in order to achieve the target.
To lead identification of process improvement & extended analysis
To prepare and publish lagging/leading indicators of sales team performance and marketing campaigns
To perform ad-hoc and customer specific analysis for sales leaders and marketeers.
To develop, release and maintain dashboard, KPI’s and reports such as field visits, tracking opportunities, wins, losses, threats, conversion time of a lead, etc.
To develop new KPI’s in particular related to sales productivity, in alignment with sales leadership (example: sales cycle in days, win/loss ratio)
Create trends and make recommendations based on thorough analysis
Ownership of contact list by ensuring that our information is accurate and enhances our communication and collaboration with customers.
To perform all necessary preparations to ensure effective and timely roll-over of reporting tools into new year.
Daily user support to address technical issues, and maintenance of all training material. Provide training on use of Salesforce to new employees.
Act as liaison with the corporate SFDC technical team (Admin and Development)
To cooperate with IT to ensure stable performance of Salesforce (tool for daily information). Monitor Planning and recording in SFDC.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of CRM tool expertise as well as connection with the sales user’s community
Analyzing data in Salesforce and converting into action taking
Business Partner for the LATAM region to the Sr. FP&A Manager on Ad Hoc requests.
Updating Dashboards in Salesforce as well as in Excel to support the business.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Knowledge on Salesforce from Admin and User standpoint, capable of building customized solutions that address unique business requirements
The candidate had in the past some exposure towards financial reporting or analysis, and has worked with commercial users.
The candidate will need to demonstrate advanced PC software proficiency (advanced MS Excel is a must, familiar with Access).

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
The successful candidate will prove his/her ability to manage complex databases.
Strong Salesforce knowledge, both in development & navigation.
Excellent skills in communication & training others. Strong spoken and written English is a must.
