About the Role:

The Global Sales Excellence Data Analytics Intern will be responsible for Reporting & Analytics tasks including business partnering, analysis and reporting, and transforming data into insights to drive revenue growth. A strong analytical mindset and hardworking attitude are required to be successful in the role. Projects will be varied in scale and reach, with some lasting months and impacting senior executives, to others taking minutes and affecting front line sales reps.

What You'll Do:

Help Sales team to be full “consumers of data” rather than “creators of data”

Partner with Sales business leaders to determine metrics that matter and leverage DOMO and Salesforce to drive consistent reporting

Maintain globally standardized datasets & dashboards

Assist with Ad Hoc requests from our Sales teams ranging from pointing teams to useful datasets to creating DOMO cards for certain views

What You'll Need:

Pursuing undergraduate degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or other analytical field with core focus on data work.

Experience working with large data sets to identify trends and actionable insights

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps (Word/Doc and Excel/Sheets are key tools)

Self-starter, able to navigate in a fast-paced environment

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, strong team contributor; able to work independently and cross-functionally

 Ability to handle multiple tasks, take on new responsibilities and prioritize work in a dynamic, deadline-intensive environment

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Bonus Points:

SQL experience

Salesforce experience

Comfort with using Business Intelligence and visualization tools such as DOMO, Tableau and Power BI
