As our Sales Excellence Manager, you will develop, optimize and oversee all sales related processes, procedures and activities that drive sales growth, productivity and profitability for the ANZ Isolation Valves Business.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and deploy the Sales Excellence Roadmap, including the processes and tools that help increase sales productivity and drive profitable growth. This includes sales channel & process efficiency, price or profit management, transactional process efficiency, CRM usage, integrity & management, data analysis & Insight, strategy development, compliance, process alignment and demand forecasting. Proactive engagement within the ISV Sales Leadership to both help Develop and Lead key growth strategies Create, implement, and drive process efficiencies that ensure standardization, reliable outcomes and meet all Emerson compliance requirements Work closely with collaborators to identify training requirements and deliver training to the sales team using playbooks and standardized methods Deploy sales tools including but not limited to CRM system (for opportunities and account management, inc. indirect channels) and quotation tools within the region Drive CRM adoption rate and CRM data integrity Drive and ensure Customer Master Data infrastructure and accuracy Monitor, analyse and recommend sales and channel performance improvements Support sales target setting in alignment to the Company’s objectives Further develop the sales team performance dashboards and data book to aid Sales Organization decision making and analysis Collaborate between Sales & Operations to aid effective management of the SIOP process and demand forecasting Provide data and analysis to look for opportunities to gain / grow profit Work across Sales, Operations & SBU to provide insight, management and improvement to local pricing strategy – aid future transition to GLP Working with Customer Care management to ensure optimisation and efficiency of both MRO & Project Transactions Develop, update and send POR information and updates to LBP to align with key targets set on a monthly basis. Participate in data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, POR and other management processes Drive ISV Sales Management success through collaboration with Sales, Operations, SBU & the Broader Emerson organizationWho You Are

For This Role, You Will Need:
Ideally Tertiary qualifications in either Business, Marketing or Engineering Understanding or SAP, Oracle & CRM Cloud Understanding of sales processes, customer care & manufacturing operations Strong analytical and data management skillsOur Offer to You:
