Experience
At least 10 years in a sales position within a complex and fast-paced business environment, preferably as a Sales Manager. A suitable candidate will also demonstrate experience in sales research and how raw information and data is processed to become useful insights that assist the sales department in establishing appropriate strategies that lead to the achievement of goals and targets. A suitable candidate will have established contacts and relationships within the business’s industry in addition to having experience working with sales account databases and CRM platforms. He will also have exceptional sales skills and a consistent track record in sales conversion success and performance

Job Purpose: The Sales Excellence Manager focuses on leveraging Salesforce CRM to drive sales effectiveness and operational excellence within the organization. He/she plays a crucial role in optimizing sales processes, driving efficiency, and maximizing the effectiveness of the Salesforce CRM platform.
Sales Process Optimization
Analyze existing sales processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure alignment between sales processes and overall business objectives.Sales Performance Analytics
Utilize data analytics to track key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales cycle length, win rates). Generate insights from data to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments. Create reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance for management.Sales Training and Development
Develop training programs to onboard new sales representatives and enhance skills of existing team members. Conduct workshops or coaching sessions to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interaction skills. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and implement tailored development plans.Sales Tools and Technology Management
Evaluate and recommend sales tools and technologies (CRM systems, sales automation tools, etc.) to improve efficiency and productivity.
