What are we expecting from you?
As our Sales Effectiveness and Training Manager you will develop strong collaborative relationships to understand regional challenges and opportunities. You will engage our teams and provide sales leadership with strategic guidance, tools, and best practices to maximize impact and efficiency of sales resources.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with sales leaders to optimize sales processes, drive efficiency, and enhance overall sales effectiveness. Implement performance management systems and Key Performance Indicators to supervise sales performance and providing actionable insights. Manage delivery of accessible sales data on a regular basis to inform on progress and strategy. Lead sales force modeling and optimization initiatives. Deliver strategic guidance in targeting and segmentation efforts, new product launches and go-to market strategies. Partner with local management teams to co-create strategic recommendations that drive business growth and transformation. Ensure coordination between the Sales strategy implementation and the development of CRM capabilities. Collaborate with the SFDC team to secure CRM local adoption, up-to date and reliable data and continuous training to enhance sales team capabilities. Define key Sales competences and oversee the creation of training curricula, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Coordinate commercial management regular training and competences.
Background / Responsibilities:
Life Sciences or Business qualifications (Master / MBA). Commercial background from medical device sector or pharmaceuticals. Prior experience in Sales Efficiency/Excellence roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Proficiency in communicating these ideas effectively is essential. Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of measurable improvements in process optimization and efficiency. Abilities with monitoring of KPI, and organizational skills. Advanced CRM knowledge. Able to influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration to tackle complex challenges.
