We are currently seeking a Sales Excellence Manager- Microsoft Advertising to enable growth and seamless operations for the Global Partner and Retail Media (GPRM) organization in Microsoft Advertising. This role will track budgeting, planning, and operations across the Global Partnerships and Retail Media Advertising Ecosystem with a focus on Channel Partners and Tool Providers. This opportunity comes at a pivotal time in our history, as we transform to build a new monetization engine for the web, providing an end-to-end integrated ad tech solution which drives an ecosystem in which everyone can thrive and prosper – advertisers, publishers, retailers, and consumers alike.    

The successful candidate will have experience in assisting business operations for sales and account management organizations, driving strategic vision and enabling and exceeding business outcomes against that vision and steering the culture of the organization. They will be a talented leader, able to align divergent points of view among partners and senior leaders across Microsoft Advertising (MSA).

In this role they will work across the Sales Excellence & Analytics team on our internal strategy and business planning organizations, partner sales, and our field teams in MSA, creating alignment by providing an objective point of view, ensuring all voices are heard, synthesizing ideas, and creating an action plan. They will define and optimize plans to effectively activate against those opportunities, removing blockers and defining what needs to be true to generate long-term, sustainable business leveraging the Partner ecosystem.
