The main role of this position is to drive competitiveness of our sales organization to win vs. the best competitor
Job Duties: List the significant/essential duties, tasks or responsibilities which employees in this position are

1. Lead team of Business Intelligence, SFE strategy and Selling Skill training to drive competitiveness of
our sales organization
2. Establish Business Intelligence model of descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Drive SFDC and Power BI visualization to enable discussion on sales process
- Set up KPIs and track progress of selling activities
- Identify key attributes for Top performers and develop sales competency model
- Develop competitiveness framework based on advanced analytics model to identify prioritized leading indicators
- Provide strategic recommendations based on integrated analysis
- Support business review by preparing data and analysis on regular / ad-hoc basis
3. Co-drive SFE Strategy with sales leaders
- Design optimal sales organization with clear roles and responsibilities for mid-term and longterm respectively and propose optimal co-promotion models
- Develop plan for targeting, resource allocation and selling quality improvement
- Drive Governance Board with sales leaders to align and implement our strategy
- Communicate with DMs to listen and engage for strong implementation
- Communicate with APAC key stakeholders to align on our plan and get some support if needed
- Lead process for sales target allocation plan and sales incentive program by designing allocation
methodology which reflects market dynamics and BU’s strategy
- Design sales compensation scheme in line with BU’s goals and strategy and APAC’s guidance by closely working with relevant functions (sales team, HR, Finance, etc.)
4. Equip our sales team with No.1 Selling Skills and our DMs with No.1 Coaching Skills in EP
- Assess capabilities of selling skills and coaching skills periodically to track progress
- Build and execute training plans
- Work closely with APAC Trainers to streamline our strategy
5. Support rolling out ComOps strategy
- Co-drive EP Division initiatives within ComOps
- Manage/develop 3-4 direct reports and provide support when necessary
Qualifications: Describe the minimum education and experience, including knowledge, skills and abilities,
required to successfully perform the job. List any certificates, license, and/or registrations required.
【Experience】At least one of the followings
- 5+ years’ experience for sales or marketing department at medical device / pharmaceutical company
- 5+ years’ experience for SFE (or similar functions) at medical device / pharmaceutical company
- 3+ years’ experience at consulting firm, focusing on medical device / pharmaceutical industries
【Skill/Knowledge】:Communication, Leadership, Logical-thinking and Analytical intelligence
- Excellent analytical skill (both qualitative and quantitative) and logical thinking
- Management in multiple tasks
- Interpersonal communication (both in verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of healthcare industry
