Stay informed about global cruise destinations and excursion offerings to provide accurate recommendations.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Fluency in Spanish and/or French.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Docs Suite.
Travel/cruise agency experience.
Certified Travel Consultant (CTC) accreditation.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
3+ years in a high-volume inbound call center environment.
Strong sales, service, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet performance metrics.
Detail-oriented with data entry accuracy.
Knowledge of world geography, particularly cruise ports.
