Sales Executive, APAC Distributors and Travel Retail( Kipling)

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Work with Customer Service team to monitor monthly shipment, billing and payment.Manage seasonal orders submission and provide analysis.Collect sell-thru, door count and inventory report.Partner with Marketing and Product team to organize sales meeting (2 times a year)Organize monthly/bi-monthly business review meeting.Set up new customer account.Organize seasonal training for TRCoordinate with TR partners for campaign, promotion, staff incentive, new location and renovation.Prepare TR seasonal price list and price comparison.Create Sales Order for TRSupport administrative work and report.

Principal Accountabilities:

Responsible for achieving budgeted sales within assigned region or assigned account.Develop programs to achieve maximum sales volume consistent with sales projections.Typically accounts are at the division or national level and the least sophisticated in terms of category management.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldEquivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager’s criteriaOne year of related experience preferred* Strong written and oral communication skillsProficient PC skills

Knowledge & Application:

Good knowledge of single specialist area achieved through prior study or previous experienceApplies knowledge of the principles and practices in a recognized professional field requiring extensive academic preparationApplies knowledge of standardized rules, procedures, and operations within own areaDetermines a course of action based on guidelines.

Problem Solving:

Encounters fairly similar problems which require some fact finding, clarification, and basic analysisMost solutions will be found within normal operating processes and policies.Selects the best solution based on a set of defined procedures or precedence.Occasionally, requires basic problem-solving techniques to define problems and use previous experience to identify.

Interaction:

Exchanges standard/basic technical or nontechnical information with colleagues and immediate superiors and/or customersMay be a required to interpret or clarify technical information to aid understanding.Audience is generally knowledgeable about the subject matter.Conveys straightforward information to non-divergent audiences.
