Overview
Overall Function:To promote, develop and expand Kemin Cambodia’s business and market preserve.
Working Conditions:The Sales Executive will be based in Cambodia. The position is considered to be normal office hour work but may require flexibility depending on business needs. The incumbent will be expected to travel domestically most of the time (up to 30% - 50% of the time).

Responsibilities
+ Achieve the sales revenue and profit targets of Kemin Cambodia every fiscal year. This generally means exceeding an annual rate of growth of 15-20%.
+ Develop new market farm product and premix
+ Visit customer and provide technical support related to Kemin product
+ Support Kemin’s distributors, including technical and sales activities.
+ Manage account in accordance with directions set by the country head
+ Execute the Kemin’s strategic plans as if relates to the assigned territory.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor of animal science or veterinary degree with 2-3 year’s of experience in selling animal health product, vaccine, medicine, feed or feed additive sector
+ Understanding animal nutrition/feed formulation is plus advantage
+ Strong interpersonal skills.
+ Outstanding presentation, selling and negotiating skills.
+ Self-motivated, able to work in an unsupervised capacity whilst maintaining focus.
+ Results-oriented.
+ Clear, persistent, patient and proactive communication skills.
+ Excellent distributor management and relationship-building skills.
