Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-potential Sales Executive with a focus on the commercial real estate lending community. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of direct selling experience and a proven track record of cultivating relationships with senior-level stakeholders, end users, and procurement teams.  This candidate will also carry intangible characteristics such as curiosity, grit, and diligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects in the commercial real estate lending sector.Drive sales of our SaaS and data services, as well as information services tailored to financial institutions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.Travel to client sites within your regional territory to foster strong partnerships and gather feedback.Participate in strategic planning and execution to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of direct sales experience, preferably in the technology or financial services sector.Proven track record of successfully engaging / consulting with senior-level relationships and procurement teams.Experience selling SaaS, data services, or information services to financial institutions is essential.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a high-energy, competitive team environment.
