Job Description Job Purpose The purpose of this role is to present, promote and sell ICE Connect to existing and new prospective customers. Responsibilities The Sales Executive ICE Connect will take responsibility for pre-sales and post sales activities related to ICE Connect implementations in EMEA. The candidate will work to quarterback the project, establish credibility with end users, support post sale to ensure adoption. The focus will be on growing business with ICE Connect value proposition within EMEA - both with existing and new accounts. Key responsibilities include: Manage the trial process with users, coordinate feedback and feature enhancement requests Manage the ICE Connect trials increasing adoption and progressing active trials to sale Establish credibility with end users, support post sale to ensure adoption Work collaboratively with the wider Pricing & Analytics organization to optimize growth opportunities Pipeline Management: Providing timely and accurate insight to your pipeline leading to accurate forecasts Develop relevant client and industry relationships to elevate awareness and position of ICE Connect Contribute to the EMEA growth strategy through pro-active knowledge of assigned territory, including market themes, competitive landscape etc. Conduct and help coordinate deep dives, present along with sales for more in-depth demos and or trainings Work with marketing and sales to develop campaigns to increase pipeline Manage forecasts and lead/campaign execution with rigor and accuracy Knowledge and Experience Extensive Sales experience with a proven track record of selling high-value complex solutions involving multiple stakeholders Experience selling Financial information services (Data, Front to Back-office Solutions etc) Proven track record in quota-bearing roles including successful execution of complex sales and negotiations. Collaborative, team-oriented player with drive to contribute to individual and group results Demonstrable experience of working in a high-achieving sales environment within the same industry; Willingness to travel to conduct face to face meetings or attend industry conferences (restrictions allowing) Experience of coordinating and completing RFPs and presenting to senior decision-makers and stakeholders Well-developed IT skills, notably MS PowerPoint & Excel and CRM systems. Bachelor’s degree minimum Fluent in German and/or French (verbal and written communication) coupled with English is a plus Schedule This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.
