What we offer for this roles: -

Basic salary, allowance, business travel reimbursement & monthly Commission - the salary range indicates the average potential earning, Uncapped earning potential through Commissions/Performance Incentives (On-target commission of at least 20,000 and above) Training & Development - Training is provided, but we require your commitment too!

Your roles - day-to-day responsibilities: -

Actively search and prospect new potential clients. Perform outbound introduction calls to prospects. We are setting appointments with potential clients. Understand potential client business needs. - Liaise with the decision-maker and match BCI's services to fit their business. Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPI) & meet Sales targets monthly. Manage all sales activities through the company CRM system. Participate in company events/activities as required. Any ad-hoc task is assigned from time to time.
