At BCI we are driven by our vision to create transparency in the construction industry globally. We do so by providing qualified sales information on construction projects, networking session with industrial players, enabling our clients to showcase their product brand via digital marketing platforms, and many more. While the market braces itself for a global recession.

This is a Sales role with the main focus to develop new business opportunities for BCI's Event. In a nutshell, the successful candidate will focus to look for a potential exhibitor, sponsor, and event partner for our Event.

It's allowed you to maximize your social media creativity, ideas, and communication skills besides enabling you to develop new ideas on how to educate the client on the importance of networking sessions with key industrial players for their business.

Actively prospect & approach new clients - create the opportunity for our potential clients to network with the industrial players by participating at BCI's Events, networking, and advertising platforms. Engage with current advertisers and exhibitors including sponsors on upcoming events and potential collaborations. Dealing with internal stakeholders on technical support, marketing activities, and event execution process. Promoting BCI Events and services through social media and on-the-ground events. Follow through with the follow-up proses until successfully get the client on board with BCI services and after-sales services. Continuously engage with clients to build and maintain long-term business relationships. Achieve key performance indicators (KPI) & sales targets consistently. Manage all sales activities through the company CRM system
