What You'll Do
Craft Winning Strategies:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve your Total Contract Value (TCV) targets and expand our footprint across diverse industries and offerings in the Benelux region.Drive Business Growth:
Build relationships with new clients, uncover their needs and deliver tailored solutions that leverage our cross-offering capabilities.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.Build Client Connections:
Be the trusted partner for our clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Collaborate for impact:
Work closely with solutioning, bid teams, marketing, legal, finance and delivery teams to deliver seamless and impactful results for our clients.Track and Optimize:
Stay on top of your sales performance using tools like Salesforce (SFDC).
Stay ahead of targets with a focus on pipeline health, forecasting and continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Table
Education & Experience:A bachelor's degree (minimum); a master's is a plus.3–5 years of proven sales experience, ideally across industries and solutions.A solid understanding of the Benelux market dynamics.Skills & Attributes:Passion: You love building relationships and delivering value.Purpose: You’re driven to create meaningful outcomes for clients and the team.Impact: You bring energy and focus to achieve big results.Proven success in complex sales cycles, closing deals over €3M TCV.The ability to leverage partnerships and ecosystems for revenue and value creation.Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus)Mindset:Self-motivated, goal-oriented and flexible in a fast-paced environment.A collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Eager to travel across the Benelux region as needed.What We Offer
