Sales Executive (31278)

The CWS Sales Executive is required to provide the highest standard of service and care to all corporate clients prior to and during the introduction of Crown’s service.


The Sales Executive should ensure the company’s management system is accurately updated with all necessary and appropriate information on a timely basis.

The position requires providing support to the CWS development of the company through the collection and passage of market and customer information and maximization of profit opportunity.

 

Lead, Suspect & Prospect Management
Conducting of lead generation activities via cold calls, email campaign, social media prospecting, and the likes.
Converting suspects into prospects through planned follow up and understanding of requirements and aligning same

Providing and signing contracts beneficial to the business and not less than the agreed GP margin percentage
Maintaining and improving cross functional relationship within CWS and working towards achieving revenue targets

 

Sales Target Management

Meet the sales target as agreed with Business Head.
Generate leads and qualify leads based on verticals and markets of choice
Follow up on the prospects and convert them to customers as per agreed deadlines with Business Head.

 

Market & Competition Information Management
Keep Dynamics updated on all stages from Lead to Opportunity.
Update market knowledge including verticals, competition, technology innovation and trends

 

Initial Customer Support
Ensure smooth and complete transition of all the won projects to business head and operations.
Maintain new customer relationship for all aspects prior and after the project completion.
