Responsibilities
Responsible in driving of Vision Care sales, promotion and development in the assigned territory to reach company goals.Develop and execute the annual business plans for the customers under his/her responsibility:-o Proposal of annual terms of trade
o Promotion planning
o Activation support and tracking
o Ensuring compliance of annual business plans
o Account profitability
Relationship management (with stakeholders, both internal and external).Quarterly and Yearly business review for top customer accounts.Sales call planning and perform regular field visits with consumers to achieve objectives on sales, distribution and merchandising at store level.Prepare weekly sales report and sales forecast by customer.Continuous analysis of accounts’ performance to identify gap and opportunity to drive growth.Analyze / to feedback market intelligence like competitor activities, new product launch, retails price and sales related information.Comply with corporate / local guidelines, internal procedures, local law and regulations.Report complaint or adverse event within 24 hours of initial complaint awareness.Account Receivable.Skills and Experiences
Certificate/Diploma from renowned collegeUniversity degree from a renowned university is an added advantage.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales with a reputable FMCG, Healthcare or Optical company.Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating.Sharp negotiation and influencing skills.Understanding of the retail environment. Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.Networking and strong orientation towards customer management.Strong communication skills, both written and oral (in English).Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment.Ability to handle complex and diverse business situationsHow You Can Thrive at Alcon:
