**Opportunity**
Sales Executive dedicated to maintain a focused sales effort to maximize group business (typicallydefinedas12room nightsor moreper nightwithconferencespacerequirements) in achieving proposed occupancy and financial goals for the resort.
Responsible forpromotingandrepresenting theresortin asalescapacityforgroupbusiness.
**Specific Responsibilities**
+ Isanindependentcontributorwhoworksindependentlyandachievestheobjectives established with minimal support and direction.
+ Active and participative memberofgroup salesteam.Workingwithin guidelinesto promote team and individual productivity and growth.
+ Achieveorexceed group roomnight/revenue goalsasoutlined in the approved financial plan.
+ Achieveor exceedindividualroom night/ revenuegoalsasdeterminedby sales leadership.
+ Achieveor exceed weeklyprospectingcalland inperson sales callobjectivesas determined by sales leadership.
+ Manageassigned salesterritory.
+ Producetargetedsalesactionplansonaquarterlyand annualbasisfor assignedmarket segments.
+ AchieveandmaintainexceptionalknowledgeofallKohler hospitalitybusinesses: history, business operations etc.
+ Conducttoursofhospitalitybusinessesfor qualifiedclients,personallyrepresenting Kohler Hospitality as a luxury destination.
+ RepresentKohler Hospitality -- onproperty,inthefieldandatindustryevents –by embodying our luxury standards in your delivery and attire.
+ DevelopandmaintainKeyAccountswithinassignedmarketsegmentsandpromote repeat group bookings.
+ Utilizeallhospitalityresourcesresponsibly.
+ Provide consistentand timelydeliveryofservicestoclientsand assure group satisfaction.
+ Organizeassigned event(s)(Familiarization trip,inmarketevents,offsite promotion etc.) complete with timeline for completion while maintaining approved budget.
+ Providedetailedclientinformation maintainedinclientmanagementsystem,Delphi.
+ ActiveparticipationintheManagerOnDutyprogram.
+ Handledutiesasassigned bysalesleadership.
**Travel**
+ Attendindustrytrade shows asmutuallydeterminedwithsalesleadership.
+ Individualmembershipwithinparticularindustryorganizationssuchas:MPI,WSAE, PCMA, etc.Participation demands vary with each organization.
+ Mustbeable totravel to clientofficesforsalescalls.
+ Activeparticipationinlocalmembershiporganizationsforalloutsidesales representatives.
**Industry Organizations**
+ Assigned to atleastone majorindustryrelated organization (MPI,PCMA,WSAEetc.)and possibly several additional networking organizations (Rotary, Kiwanis, etc.).
+ RepresentHospitalitybusinessesasan industryleader.
+ Drive KohlerHospitality businessnamesand usesinto themindsofcustomersand peers.
+ Actaspointperson for individualswithinorganizationto contactfor information.
**Skills/Requirements**
+ Bachelor’sdegreeand relevantsalesexperience.
+ Two to threeyearshotelsalesexperience required, ideally, within a luxury property.
+ Effective oral and written communication skills.
+ Excellent follow through, and an ability to multi-task.
+ Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities.
+ Experience using computersfora varietyoftasks;competencyin MicrosoftapplicationsincludingWord,Excel and Outlook.
+ Must possess a valid drivers license.
+ Flexible schedule and may be asked to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays on occasion for various site visits and events.

The salary range for this position is $63,900 - $95,900 plus a competitive annual sales incentive bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location._
