Location: Melbourne, Australia

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30pm

Hybrid – 2-3 days in the office

 Some of the things you will be doing:

Responsible for managing relationships with its most valuable and strategic customers that have multiple decision-makers, high revenue potential, and complex needs and expectations. To understand the goals, challenges, and pain points, and aligning CSC solutions with their needs and expectations. Working closely with internal teams to ensure these clients are satisfied, identifying and resolving issues, and finding new ways to grow and retain their business. To develop a deep understanding of CSC’s Domain Security and Brand Protection Services. To build a regular cadence with clients involving face-to-face meetings, virtual chats, and regular email updates. To navigate and be referred to other stakeholders that are involved in the decision-making and buying process of these enterprise accounts. To own the entire sales process from uncovering the need, tailoring proposals, and successful onboarding of services. To be proactive in ensuring we do not lose these strategic accounts from the competition. To consistently achieve annual target of 500K new revenue.

What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?

3+ years’ experience in sales and account management Degree Holder Strong presentation skills with excellent planning & organizational skills and active listening Service-orientated individual who is highly motivated, proactive, strategic, with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills Team player
