Sales Executive
City Wide Facility Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business development in a fast-paced and highly competitive B2B sales environment. + Two weeks Front-loaded Paid Time Off after 90 days + 50% Company Contribution to all Provided Health Care Plans + 95% remote work + Phone and car package + Tiered Commissions based on Performance with No Cap Compensation $50,000 - $55,000 base pay annually or DOE In this role, you will: + Identify and prospect potential clients through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. + Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our facility solutions. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to drive sales. + Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. + Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis. Successful candidates will possess: + A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a similar industry. + A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. + Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. + Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
